Prenatal Consultations

A prenatal consult will help equip expecting parents with the knowledge they need to help them prepare for breastfeeding. Discussing evidence-based health benefits of breastfeeding, techniques for latching, different nursing positions and baby behavior will help the parents get a better idea of what to expect after the baby comes!

Postpartum Consultation

An initial postpartum consultation will help with any breastfeeding concerns you have. This may include issues or pain with latch or positioning, a low breastmilk supply or help with pumping. A weighted feed will be completed to see how much breastmilk your baby transferred. An individualized care plan will be made to help you reach your breastfeeding goals.
